These terms govern your use of shopsignaturebeauty.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

We work to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, sizes, and what they do. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, current, or free of errors. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse an order at our discretion.

Packaging may differ from what you see in our photos, videos, and advertising. The images and marketing materials we publish are representative of the product you receive, not a guarantee of its exact packaging. Boxes, cartons, tubes, bottles, labels, seals, inserts, and printed design can vary from what is shown.

This happens for ordinary reasons. Our products come from shared manufacturing facilities that supply multiple brands. Suppliers revise packaging on their own schedule and without notice to us. Stock on hand may predate or postdate a design change, and regional production runs can differ in appearance. Colors also render differently from one screen to another.

What does not change is what is inside. The formulation, size, and ingredient list are the product described on the listing.

Packaging that differs cosmetically from our marketing images is not a defect and is not on its own a basis for a return. If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, or a product that is damaged, that is covered by our refund policy.

3. Skincare disclaimer

Our products are cosmetics, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of our statements have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition.

Skin is individual. Results vary, and before and after photos, reviews, and testimonials reflect one person's experience rather than a promise of what you will see.

Patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24 hours. Stop using a product immediately if you experience irritation, redness, burning, or a reaction, and speak to a doctor or dermatologist. Read the full ingredient list before you buy if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a dermatologist's care, check with them first.

Some reviews and ratings shown on this site are collected from other retail platforms where the same product is sold, rather than exclusively from Signature Beauty customers. They reflect real buyer experiences with the product itself. Reviews are provided for information only, they are not a guarantee of results, and we do not control what a reviewer writes.

6. Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If that happens, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If we cancel for this reason, we refund you in full.

7. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that come from resellers or distributors, or that violate these terms.

Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your order and contact you if we need to.

8. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Some orders are fulfilled by third party manufacturing and fulfillment partners on our behalf. Shipping timelines and delivery terms are in our shipping policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use, cannot be resold or transferred, and have no cash value. Unless we say otherwise, one code per order, codes cannot be combined, and codes expire on the date stated when issued. We may cancel an order that uses a code obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.

10. Email and marketing

When you join our email list you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping notifications.

11. Content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing.
